Since each product is individually personalized for you, the delivery time is usually about 5 business days.

In rare cases, due to individual production and high demand, it can take up to 14 days. We attach great importance to care and quality – therefore, we take the time to manufacture each product with special attention.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information.

Each item is created individually for you.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible.
This way, we avoid unnecessary returns and additional shipping – and prioritize conscious choices over excess.

However, if your product has a material or manufacturing defect, we will, of course, take care of it. In this case, we offer a free exchange.
